Setting description

As I sat on the comfy grey chair, I saw important teachers passing by.  There were kids in the office annoying the teachers.  Matua andy’s leadership cloak was hanging on the wall.  The feathers were bright and I was surprised at how colourful it was.

Checking my watch, I  saw that it was almost lunch time.

I was pleased because I was hungry. I was looking forward to eating. I was hanging out with Locke at lunch.

Otaki River is fun because it’s deep and you can do manus (are a really big bomb) and jump off the bridge.

Sunlong is good because it has yummy food like spring rolls and wontons. I usually go to Sunlong every 2 weeks.

The Pots our fun because you can do booms and it's deep and when your friends are there its way funner.

My story:

Bang the gun went and everyone was off. The first

 race was 25 meters. I think.

It was a hot and sticky day.

When i first went in i was so excited that i was competing in this fun racing.

My first race was 25 meters.

I don't know what I came but it was really fun.

And I raced in a couple more races.

And i don't know what i came but it was so fun.

Then there were a lot of other races.

Then there were year 13 vs the teachers.

Then that was fished and there was a manu contest and the jujers were Mr ward and that's it and it was me and my 2 cousins and i stuffed up so hard that i came last.

And then after the manu contest it was all finished.

Hi I’m Zahrn. I am 11 years old. I am a year 7 and my school is Otaki College. I like playing sports. I especially like rugby. 
My favourite subject at school is PE and I like Japanese too. When I grow up I would like to play rugby professionally.
